Shipping Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through SPX Labs are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and any necessary order checks have been completed.

Orders placed outside our normal processing periods, including weekends and public holidays, may be processed on the next available working day.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for dispatch and is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

2. UK Dispatch

SPX Labs dispatches orders from within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery services and charges will be displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

3. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery timeframe displayed on our website or during checkout is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, public holidays or problems with the delivery address.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after a parcel has entered the carrier’s network.

5. Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you discover an error in your delivery information, contact SPX Labs as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch where reasonably possible.

Once an order has entered the carrier’s network, we may be unable to change its delivery address.

6. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to SPX Labs because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, delivery was refused, or reasonable delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a delivery problem was caused by SPX Labs or the delivery service.

7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide your order number together with photographs of the external packaging, shipping label and affected product so that we can investigate the issue.

8. Missing Parcels

If tracking indicates that a parcel may have been lost or there has been an unusual delivery delay, please contact us.

Where appropriate, SPX Labs will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider.

9. International Delivery

International delivery is available only where offered by SPX Labs at checkout.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for checking whether the products they order may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination jurisdiction.

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

SPX Labs reserves the right to restrict or decline delivery to particular countries or territories where regulatory, carrier or logistical considerations make supply inappropriate.

10. Research Products

Products designated for research use are supplied for legitimate laboratory research, analytical testing and scientific evaluation only.

Shipping a product to a particular destination does not represent confirmation by SPX Labs that every possible use of that product is lawful in that jurisdiction.
